An entry level review will be made for Wind and Marine Hydrokinetic energy conversion systems. The presentation will cover an explanation of the basic anatomy and component parts of an offshore renewable development and what is required to get natural energy converted to usable electricity.

Discussion will involve a brief look at the sites and locations, hardware, export systems, shore facilities, transmission and grid hook up.

Synergistic and common technologies between existing Subsea Hydrocarbon knowledge and emerging Offshore Renewables will be commented on.
