Subsea Chemical Storage and Injection is both a method and new technology where Chemical Storage Tanks and Subsea Booster Pumps can be placed near the subsea well.  This has the net effect of reducing or eliminating the need for chemical tubing in a Subsea Umbilical. Presented at this SUT-US meeting will be the Advantages and Challenges of evolving these new ideas into a more cost effective Subsea Field Development solution.

About the presenter


Daniel Krohn, is an Oil & Gas industry professional with 25 years plus of experience in surface and subsea systems and architecture. An accomplished engineer with intellectual property expertise and multiple patent awards, trained in operational excellence and strategic planning.  Daniel has an in-depth understanding of surface and subsea offshore production systems.  Expert in subsea field development architecture, including; flow-line systems, tree control systems, production chemical injection, surface interfaces to subsea field development systems. Experienced in ROV operations, tooling, remediation and intervention.
