Today's career landscape resembles a complex ecosystem shaped by AI, social media, globalization, remote work dynamics, mergers/acquisitions, reductions in force, extended career timelines, and shifting work-life priorities. Success now demands more than technical or domain excellence—it requires mastering timeless strategies that act as career accelerators/sustainers that help ensure workers can remain engaged, competitive, relevant, and fulfilled in the workforce for as long as they desire.."

This seminar explores five "Career Superpowers"—proven techniques that compound over time to amplify one’s career trajectory:
  • The Power of Networking - Building bridges before you need them
  • The Power of Mentorship - Learning from and teaching those who are walking similar paths
  • The Power of ABLE (Always Be Learning Enthusiastically) - Staying curious in a changing world
  • The Power of Resume/LinkedIn Optimization - Crafting your professional narrative
  • The Power of Interview/Presentation Preparation - Showing up as your best self
Five seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds will each champion one superpower, sharing candid insights from their journeys—victories, setbacks, and pivotal lessons learned. Through moderated panel discussion, each speaker will present for 15 minutes, weaving in favorite quotes and engaging in cross-panel dialogue.
