35 years in the oceanographic business, 27 of which have been spent in the oil and gas business.  Responsible for the development of metocean criteria for the design and operation of offshore production facilities and MODUs, interaction with contractors for collection of metocean data, and subsequent data analysis.  Experience in all major ocean basins.
