I'm a Project Manager with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 14+ years of experience managing the design, fabrication, and installation of projects for oil & gas industries. I'm adept at selecting cost-effective solutions for the installation of subsea projects. Technically inclined, with robust design and installation skills, highly reliable in ensuring work is following Health, Safety, Environmental regulations, and standards. Sound knowledge of international codes and standards like ASME, API, DNV, etc. I'm currently working on a project for bp, which is being executed in Trinidad.

Something about me:
"I grew up in Bangalore, India. In 2006, due to my interest in the Oil & Gas industry, I was fortunate to get a job with McDermott, and I packed my bags to move to Dubai. I spent six long years in Dubai and made some life long friends, and one beautiful friend went on to be my wife. In 2012, McDermott transferred me to their Head Quarters in Houston, which my wife and I embraced and made it our home. We have now expanded our family with two little girls, who are absolute angels (but can sometimes be little gremlins) and a dog named Frodo (a pit bull who sometimes gets scared of this shadow). Those who've worked closely with me would agree I'm relationship-driven and result oriented. I love developing people and teams to impact them in their workplaces and their lives positively. I'm a proven leader recognized for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and diverse individuals at any level. Possess strong team leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills."

The best advice I’ve received…
"The best advice which I will always remember is from my dad. He said, work hard and give your best even when no one is watching. Also, always be compassionate to others. You have to put yourself in another person's shoes to know what they are going through to help them."

What can I contribute as a Mentor?

"As a Mentor, I can contribute with the mentee information about their career path and guide on setting and achieving goals, motivation, emotional support, and enhance skill development."
