The SUT-US Young Professionals wants to invite you to Connect, Collaborate, Succeed! Young Professionals Technical Talk with Dr. Trevor King, in his lecture: “Ground Models: Integration of Geoscience and Geotechnics”. This in-person event will be on November 20th at the Great Heights Brewing Co. We will participate on a Beer tasting with a complementary drink.

Dr. Trevor King Energy Industry Professional Lead Principal Geoscientist NGI Dr. King has over 25 years of experience as a geoscientist in technical, project management, strategic planning, and leadership roles … in assignments that span the full range of geologic settings and operational environments. Recent work at NGI has included the integrated interpretation of geoscience and geotechnical data to generate offshore ground models, and the development of machine learning algorithms to estimate sediment glauconite content. Prior to NGI he has worked for Vår Energi, Imperial Oil, XTO, and ExxonMobil on offshore projects across the globe, living in the UK, USA, Canada, Nigeria and Norway. He is a technical expert in integrated seismic interpretation, data analysis and visualization, and geographical information systems.
